The Innovation Framework

In parallel to the guiding principles, is the Innovation Framework. It was initially developed to explain the journey, and success, of an innovation, Beachworks. Through many seminars and workshops, many people, from different walks of life pointed out that it is also applicable for many other human endeavors, e.g. business, sports, politics, religion, success etc., I am truly grateful for their feedback and "engagement".

Alvin Lee - The Man

Alvin Lee provides a highly personal account of his real-life inspirational story called the "Sandcastle Story". It is about the joys and frustration of a fascinating journey with his son and niece, to bring about a reality of a simple toy, Beachworks.

This highly successful product won the prestigious US Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Gold Award in 1997 and the US national Parent Centre Award in 2000. He also received recognition in major US TV programs such as MSNBC's "Today Show", ABC, "A Stroke of Genius", "Talking Point" & "Good Morning, Singapore".

Through his motivational talks, workshops and seminars, Alvin shares his insights by advocating the importance of perception, emotion and action, over and above thinking. After much intensive research, he created the "Innovation Framework", which is about seeing, feeling, thinking and doing, differently.

Be it on the subject of Innovation, Motivation, Transformation or Teambuilding, Alvin Lee radiates an infectious spirit of possibilities with the objectives to making us see the beauty all around us.

Alvin Lee has an industrial Engineering degree from University of Newcastle, MBA education from Henley Management College and more than 10 years of management experience in diverse industries e.g. Disc Drive, Consumer electronics, Events and exhibition and Internet.
