Outline

By providing an outdoor simulation experience that reflects corporate challenges and conditions, participants will spend 3 hours of scenario planning, design, construct and selling of sandcastle project. Upon completion, it will be followed by 1 hour of learning debrief by translating lessons learnt to workplace applications.
